At a young age, Simone Salvatori took interest in music and by the age of nine he began learning to play the guitar.
He went on to perform his first solo concert by the age of twelve playing pieces composed by N. Paganini, M. Giuliani, F. Tarréga and also performing pieces by Cuban Leo Brouwer. Through the performances of these pieces, he obtained great praise by Latina Oggi, noted as a virtuous guitarist.
Salvatori was born near Rome, Italy on May 6th, 1992. He has performed regularly as a recitalist in solo recitals at notable international festivals and seasonal concert halls performing pieces ranging from the Renaissance to contemporary music.
In 2016, he received a second level degree (two years of specialization) with highest honors cum laude and honorable mention at the L. Refice Conservatory in Frosinone, Italy.
He went on to receive his specialization at the Stefano Strata Academy of Pisa with Aniello Desiderio, in Livorno, with Roland Dyens and in Rome with Carlo Marchione.
He has been granted several scholarships: first as best student in 2014 in Roland Dyens’ class and in Aniello Desiderio’s class in 2021. In 2022, he was awarded a scholarship at the Domenico Cimarosa Conservatory of Avellino, where he recently completed his second level Master’s degree with 110 cum laude.
